Google Sitemap Tools
If you\'re wondering what a sitemap is, then I will explain. There are 3 different kinds of sitemaps that you should probably know about.
The first one is a regular HTML sitemap, which is basically a website that\'s linked from and back to your main page. It will consist of links to other pages within your website that the crawlers would normally have trouble finding.
The second one is a text sitemap, which is also the simplest one to create. It is simply a list of URLs and you would submit it in .txt format to Yahoo.
Lastly, the third one is an XML sitemap, which is probably the hardest to create. This format is used by Google, so, if you wish to submit one, you will have to create one in XML format. The easiest way would be to use an automated tool, which you can try out below.
