Link Popularity Tools
One of the more difficult aspects of SEO is finding quality links that you can get to link back to you. But, how can you tell if they are a quality link? One easy way for Google would be to check its Page Rank, but that doesn\'t apply for every search engine, so there has to be some other factors that determine if it\'s quality or not.
Another way would be to check and see how many backlinks they have or how many "quality" backlinks they have. Some quality backlinks could be from sites like DMOZ, .GOV sites, .EDU sites, or from the Yahoo Directory. If you were to manually check through all of those, that could take some time, which is why there are tools made specifically for checking if a website has backlinks from DMOZ, .GOV, .EDU, or from the Yahoo Directory.
