Google search engine is partly using link-based analysis to value your website i.e. Google able to determine your web pages reputation based on analysis of those sites that link to it. Reputable websites most likely will be indexed highly on their search engine page result.
Hold your horses! Don’t rush yourself to purchase any links simply in order to improve a site’s ranking. It’s violated Google Webmaster Guidelines and can negatively impact a site’s ranking in their search results. Worse if they penalize your web pages by excluding them from Google database completely.
