Online Offers

I am going to be honest, i had no idea what i should share with you guys, so i thought i might give a small insight on what online offers should include, which are two very simple things:

 What Is an Online Offer?

An online offer is a “deal” that you propose to your clients. Yes it should include price, but it should also include much more.  The online offer should include everything that could impact the perceived value of your service. It should also include everything that impacts transitioning your service into your client’s hands. Offers that work are ones with:

  • A money-back guarantee
  • A chance for a free trial
  • A combination of those would even be better

Now remember your money back guarantee should not get you bankrupt. It should bring you credibility but not put you in debts. For example: “If you decide our honey-baked ham isn’t the most succulent ham you’ve ever served your guests, just return the uneaten portion within the next 30 days and we’ll return your money — no questions asked.” – Just hope that you don’t get all the hams you sell back.

When you guarantee your customer’s money back, make sure that your product is not going to be sent back. In other words that it is of high quality and that it will exceed your customer’s expectations.

“You want your offer to be so good that your prospect just can’t afford NOT to buy”
