SEO Moz released another version of the Search Engine Ranking factors which is avaliable for free here. The number of interviewed participans has increased from 12 to 35 “spanning a wide range of specializations, geographies and even hat color
” – as Rand Fishkin put it.
The list of factors is geared exlusively towards Google, since all of the participants focus their SEO effors on this engine.

The top factors have not changed much, as Title Tag, anchor text and link popularity contunite to be key elements in rankings.
